Commerce Announces the Development of the CNMI Registrar of Corporations Portal

The CNMI Department of Commerce is excited to announce the development of an online portal that will enable businesses to complete processes, receive certificates, or submit corporate records to the Registrar’s Office online 24/7. The system will handle all aspects of the registration and reporting process, including but not limited to document submission, tracking application status, real time notification, business entity search, and document retrieval.
